Game score doesn't currently reset on death.

By the end of the weekend (probably before then, seeing as I've got real work to do before tomorrow...) I should be able to push a version with a score, lives, variable room sizes, a scrolling screen, and only one main loop (hooray!). I've only trimmed it down to two main loops, so am not quite there yet.
