Works perfectly in quartz composer, but not in screensaver 'live' or 'test' mode.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install correctly
2. open screensaver panel, choose test.
3. OR wait for screen saver to naturally kick in.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Besides opening perfectly in quartz composer, i see only a black screen when 
using as a 
screensaver.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
alpha1c mac

Please provide any additional information below.

 MacBook Pro 2.16 intel, OSX 10.4.11

Also forgot to mention, just how long it takes to quit from the black screen. 
the couple of times i've tried this 
software in screensaver mode i thought it had frozen my machine an hard 
restarted. only reading one of the 
comments in another bug post made me wait long enough before hard restarting my 
machine this time.

Also, for your info, when closing down quartz composer after opening it in 
there, it takes ages to quit.

PS, i love this idea and hope it makes it to RC or beta even.
