PAS laser f0 input irreversible #100

When the user enters a frequency into the f0 control on the PAS page the laser modulation changes to this frequency as expected. However, when the user then cycles the speaker to re-determine the resonant frequency, the control value in the UI updates to show the determined frequency but the laser frequency does not physically change to match it.
