Customize plots

Add allowable colors, stroke patterns and types.

Types:

• Smooth (requires smoothing factor)
• step
• standard

Stroke width - allow for setting stroke width

Stroke pattern (defined by the Dygraph global):

• Dotted line
• Dashed line
• Dot dash Alow plotting of points and included point size

Have begun working with this.

Got this working with the most recent build for the PAS. Need to do this for all of the plots.
