O3 calibration UI controls #73

Add option to load previously saved calibration cycles

Add UI controls to allow user to set O3 cal variables individually (i.e. for finding good levels during testing )

To add more clarity to the second part of this issue. Having controls for things such as the ozone generator level, O2, O3 valves etc will be useful so that the user can access these without needed to run a calibration cycle.

Control of the system pressure (via the alicat controller) is currently missing from the calibration step selection list (needed for speaker cals.

Is the UI conrol for the ozone lamp power level currently hooked up? I don't see to get output on this line
