Handle NaNs better #116

Right now, when a value comes back NaN, the value is replaced with an empty string. This creates all kinds of nonsense that produces an invalid json string. This has become an issue with the temperatures for the PAS. I will likely fix this so that the thermistor equations produce something that can be recognized as wrong. But, what is that value??!!
