TAP MFC comms #121

Communications on TAP MFC periodically drop out (you can notice this when you look at the table of returned values on the flow control UI tab).

Note his behavior comes and goes - most of the time it reads back data ok (but all of the other MFCs work all of the time)

If this is just on the TAP then this is a hardware issue. None of the code is different for any of the MFCs. Closing this as invalid as this relates to hardware. Check your wiring.
