PAS Laser Enable on Wrong Connector #122

PAS laser enables are on Connector0 and should be on Connector1. This was incorrectly labeled a UI issue. Opening up a new one here.

Have begun recompilation with new DIO. Hopefully this one won't take 115 h.

Recompiled the bitfile with new outputs (connector1 instead of connector0). Try it now.

Note: FPGA is not compiling on local computer. Had to compile this on my computer.

This is now working - thanks. Some issues with polarity on UI controls for CRDS and PAs laser enables have been raised on the UI repo.
