CRD laser enable signals reversed.

CRD red and blue laser controls need reversing. Currently the red crd laser control switches power on the two blue crd lasers and the blue crd laser ui control switches power on the red laser.

This issue was originally raised in lo-co/exscalabar#87.

Ok...so not exactly sure what is happening here. This might have been partly fixed when working with lo-co/exscalabar#88. Can you guys check this?? I know that I was not updating all of these values. So, it may turn out that I haven't quite got the right routing, but all should respond now.

These three controls currently working but are jumbled up in terms of controlling the wrong lasers. Please could we change to the following:

Blue laser 0 control

• Rename control to 'Blue lower'
• this should control signal on P1.6

Blue laser 1 control

• rename to 'Blue upper'
• this should control signal on P1.7

Red laser control

• this should control signal on P1.5

Not quite the right place but the PAS laser enable control on the UI for PAS cell 5 is not working also (all 4 others are 100% ok). The cell 5 control doesn't give 5V out not matter which position it is in

In MAX, these signals look good.

In web service, bug where Blue Upper was pumped into Red so Red was overwritten and Blue Upper remained empty. Blue Lower was good.

Looked good in command and in message. This should be ready for testing...
