No header for component in PAS cells #135

There is a missing header element for some of the PAS Cell Data. Looking into this right now.

Looks like this is a temperature associated with the PAS cell.

Added method ePAS Cell Data::Generate Unique Header which calls the Parent method. Added new column entry called {Cell ID}.Temperature where {Cell ID} is the unique cell identification defined in the configuration.
