We already have #124 open regarding issues with initisalisation of the CRDS.

Here is a list of other variables that are not initialising correctly from the UI:

PAS laser enables: all shoudl come on True. INreality all come on False except cell 1.
Speaker enable: should come on True. Actually comes on False
power supplies: ozone and pump power suppies not following ini file.
