PAS Laser Initialization Issue #141

PAS laser enables: all shoudl come on True. All come on False except cell 1.

This is a formatting issue. Unfortunately, the code is not currently smart enough to recognize when you contain whitespace in the arrays in the INI file. For now, always make sure there are no spaces in the INI entry if it is csv. I fixed this in the current configuration file for this entry.
