Add CRD cell configuration to ini file #149

Currently CRDS cell assignment in UI/data file don't match reality. Add ability to name cells in the ini to allow user configuration.

So the data file has updated with the new names from the ini file, however something is not right here. I changed the naming in the .ini file from 'Cell_0,Cell_1,Cell_2,Cell_3,Cell_4' to 'crds_405,crds_gas,crds_highRH,crds_medRH,crds_660' (in all places) and the server would no longer connect to the UI.

Was not able to reproduce this issue. Now running with the names that you all were using. Here is an image of the max being plotted:

The names from the ini file (crds_405, crds_gas) etc. are now being reproduced in the variable names in the data file so this issue seems to be fixed now.
