laserRMS and IABack seem to always be zero #155

Reason IABack is not returning is the filter signal is not getting to the PAS.

Fixed issue with filter not coming back. Now the issue seems to be that the precision is incorrect (lRMS is very small). Will fix this later.

In PAS Cell Data::Serialize-Text I changed the format for writing from %0.2f to %f. This will create larger files but will get all of the significant digits. This will apply to all PAS cell data.
