Data file header not matching data #156

The data file contains more columns of data then there are entries in the header file. Also for the first few entries in the file, the number of data columns appears to increase.

This is a new issue - could it be linked to recent changes to the crds ini file entries or addition of more meerstetter variables?

Aaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrggggh!!!! This problem was fixed!! I suspect this has to do with changes made with the humidifier code. I will look into this.

Looks like the MFC data and possibly the humidifier data is not properly writing headers. Will check this out later today.

OK...after hours of work on this, I fear I am back to square one. I need to see what happened here and will have to ask Dave if anything might have changed. Essentially what is happening is that the data registration is not completing as it should. Likely I will not be able to fix this until after this weekend.
