crds extinction calculation #157

Matt, can you point us to the bit of code that does the extinction calculation. We can work though it to try and work out where the error is coming in

The calculations for tau are performed in the CRDS Cell object in the method CRDS::Analyze Data.

If you all decide to adjust any calculations associated with this measurement, please make me aware. These VIs are core VIs and do not change between other incarnations of the CRD class, whether they be the AOP, Open Path or EXSCALABAR.

My suggestion as to where to look for issues is in the data coming in such as the housekeeping data (this can be changed in the INI file).

Looks like this is a units issue - multiplying by 10^-8 should get it to Mm-1
