Add CRD RD write functionality #160

This is required for checking issues with the ringdowns

Added several objects:

Exe Write CRD RDs
Stop CRD RD Write MSG
Start CRD RD File MSG

Also added a reference to the queue in Controller::Send Write Main MSG

OK...sounds like I grabbed the wrong data. Need this to be a 5 x no_rds x no_pts_per_rd. Grabbed averaged and fitted data...

Current status of this is that we can save single shot ringdown traces for one channel at a time. Trying to save all channels at once crashes the system. Currently the control of which channel to save is hard wired.

Is this the best we are going to be able to achieve?
