syncing filter and speaker cycles #167

Been meaning to post this one for a while. The filter and speaker cycles are out of sync even when we lock them together using the UI control

OK - this is actually just a misunderstanding as to how this works. If the speaker is in a manual mode, then you can not connect the cycles. The reason for this is that I am assuming that if the speaker is not set to autocycle, the user wants to explicitly control the speaker functionality. If you want to change the way this behaves, open another ticket and add the tag enhancement to call out that we want to change the behavior of this functionality. (won't be a problem to change this to whatever you want)
