Base IA off of laser frequency #96

Currently uses 3 frequencies - resonant + 2 adjacent. Fix this.

Is this still resonant+ 2 adjacent or is it now just the resonant?

No. It is now at the resonant frequency only. This is an issue that Nick discovered and eliminating the other frequencies eliminates a lot of noise and helps up get down to lower LODs. As the tag states, this is ready for testing.
