Very intersting. I've already done some sessions on this topic with several thematics like : how to sleep well, how to manage stress, tips for power naps
By no means am I an expert on this, which is why I would love to discuss it! Find out what you guys do to manage (cope)!

We are all so very busy as (in no particular order) RD's, Business Leaders, Fathers/Mothers, Wives/Husbands, Community Leaders, Bloggers, Conference Speakers, and many more things...
What do we do to keep the balance? And when we fail how do we get back up?
Health and a Happy Life is key to longevity and to be able to enjoy and to let the people around us also enjoy our company with out being "busy" all the time.
