Open Source Software is the de-facto standard for software tools, libraries and platforms these days. But in order to make this model viable for the long run, we need to support developers who work on Open Source, and more importantly - as owners/managers/executives in software development companies, we need to find a way to contribute back.
In this session I hope to discuss what are others doing in this regards, what can we do better, how are we dealing with the fact that these developments are often considered the IP of our clients, etc.
