I find the lack of UX content in the summit... disturbing. I also heard many speakers use the term #userExperience but only as the equivalent of visual design (UI), and UX is much, much more, and more importantly, this days is a critical component in the success of a digital product or service.
I propose to start a conversation about what UX Design means for RDs, regardless your role or professional title, and do a quick exercise to use heuristics to measure the usability of an app (probably the MS Events app but I'm open to suggestions) so all the participants learn how to do a simple usability measurement for their own products back home.
