Establish Git Action to deploy Whiteboard and MoveShape projects to Azure App Services #1

MoveShape can now be tested on MoveShape App Steps to test:

  1. Open at least 2 browser windows/tabs
  2. Move shape from one of the two windows/tabs
  3. Observe the shape in other window being remotely controlled.
