Hello, Vineeth.
Will the new LinkedIn authorization for applications after 7/2012 allow for
full permission? Or will additional custom_permissions have to be added to the
properties file similar to facebook?
Thank you,
Sandy

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
Hi Sandy,

Please load the latest code from svn. You don’t need to add any custom
permissions in oauth_consumers.properties.

One more things , Please remove your app from app settings.

For ex : If your account name is TSG in linkedin and you have already installed
the app before this bug fix. So please remove the app first from your app
settings
And then test with new api.

Vineet Aggarwal

Hi Divya

Please see :

http://code.google.com/p/socialauth-android/wiki/Linkedin

For Steps.

Two more things :

1. If your keys are new , please download the latest code from svn.
2. Remove any previous installed application from your account before using api.

This is most likely because of linkedin's recent ToS changes.
