Resolves issue #5 Server side PR: https://github.com/Frempco/web-server/pull/3

Adds input on teachers page for teacher to message the primary displayed chat
The teacher message displays on both the teachers and the students view of the chat
Also renamed the names of existing socket chat messaging events to be more self-explanatory

Created new Github issues to tackle the issues Zach mentioned. We resolved the questions about the duplicate code in slack. Our thought process is we don't know yet whether the two components will diverge drastically in the future or if they'll stay the same. The future is unpredictable. So for now, we'll keep them as is. We are postponing refactoring them until we gain more permanence of our product, i.e. until after we achieve "product market fit".
