Teacher can post an announcement message #34

Currently, a teacher can participate in any individual chat. But teachers should also be able to post an "announcement" mesage that will go into everyone's chats simultaneously. (Like how in Zoom the host can send a message to all breakout rooms)

Example messages teachers might send: "don't forget to state the year your character was born" or "3 more minutes" or "reminder: these will be graded, keep your conversation focused on the material" etc

My thoughts on the User Interface:

I met with a principal who is a former history teacher. She said at the start of using Frempco, she would send out a prompt for the students to focus on. For students studying American industrialism, she'd pair the students as a railroad union leader and another as a railroad baron and the prompt she'd give is: "Imagine that you are in a negotiation meeting. What does each side want? And why? Use your resources to add in factual information to the conversation."

The prompt these teachers would give have a lot of words it looks like. So the input for this broadcast a message to all students should: 1) have no maximum character limit. 2) should be two lines height.
