Updated node to version 20 to enable deployments to production #48

Received deployment error on Vercel which hosts our frontend. Vercel said that I needed to update my packages to run on Node version 20. I removed the package-lock and reran npm install and then resolved a peer dependency conflict with eslint and eslint-config-next
