Internet Reachability #2

In request.m, when a request is executed, it checks to see whether the API is accessible or not. If not, it displays a message saying to connect to the WiFi at the clubhouse and returns NO.

While testing, this feature worked on my personal network but did not work on msu1x. More testing to see if this is a msu1x specific bug.

I have now tested this on another network. I think it is only an msu1x error.

Then again it doesn't work on a 2WIRE network either.

Have you tried this on a network that doesn't use 2WIRE network hardware? As for msu1x, it's a fairly messed up network. It appears to be a badly implemented carrier/enterprise-grade Wi-Fi network. Specific issues with msu1x don't apply anyway.

Yeah. I've tried it on 4 different networks now. msu1x and 2WIRE did not work. The two that did work are pavlovMedia at the Pointe and basic metrocast internet with a motorola router.

Well, most people who've examined 2WIRE equipment would agree that they aren't well made. It's quite likely there are specific bugs in it. Or, there could be filtering on the AT&T DSL side. Do you know anyone who has AT&T DSL with a router that is non-2WIRE?
