Entering location data should be easier #1

e.g. make 'create new location' default, instead of 'select existing location'

The additional dialog is way too cumbersome. entering an address or names is very fragile. e.g. "Cafe Bleu" or "Café Bleu" are two different thins. Normalize with Geocoder?

Name provided by user or parser is passed to GooglePlacesAPI. We save the name provided my google.
