Merged 'master' branch and modified to be compatible with Vaadin-7 #178

I will try to keep the Vaadin-7 branch (1x-aka-v7 compatible version) updated with all commits from master branch, for anyone still using v-leaflet with Vaadin 7. This branch uses the latest g-leaflet version(therefore latest Leaflet plugin) since g-leaflet does not depend on Vaadin version.

There is a lot of changes here, but it all look quite ok to me. Something in the tests failing in travis, but should we go ahead and build a v7 version with these changes? I could have a moment for this today.

Yes, that would be great if you could build and publish to the directory this vaadin-7 compatible release. I've been using this merged version in my projects and its working quite ok. Thanks for taking the time for this.
