Made a nice GUI for submission #4

I have written a nice GUI for app submission using kivy and pandoc. Install relevant dependencies and run by: python interface.py This app is cross platform and can be packaged for iOS, Android, Windows and Mac also.

Have a look. I haven't edited the assignment manuals and docs..I also haven't written the submission calls.

All docs and relevant files of the assignments are to be placed in gui/res/ex*
