Ability to change game region N64 #1

Hi,

Would it be possible to include functionality to change the game region of games? For some consoles (eg: Gamecube) it's possible just editing the first line in a hex editor, but I've found that for N64 games using .sra and .fla type saves, these saves don't work fine when using them on a different region game.

Hi @Agusum . I sincerely apologize for taking so long to respond to this. I never got the notification for this issue.

If you can provide me with two examples of a save file, one for each reason, I can try to delta them and introduce that as a feature, time allowing and assuming you're still interested
