Expose notes field for seedings/transplantings #15

Feedback from Cora at Wolfe's Neck:

Having the option to add a note about each seeding/transplanting/harvest would be helpful so you do not need go into the log after the fact and add one in.

We are in the process of porting this module to farmOS v3, and moving it to https://www.drupal.org/project/farm_crop_plan, along with any open issues that are still relevant.

We'll be taking a different approach to the UI which may make this a moot point.
