Feedback from Cora at Wolfe's Neck:

Will work on brainstorming ways in which these can be incorporated into a crop plan. These get a bit tricky since they don’t follow the same functionality of typical plantings and often span two or more seasons.

  • For Hay, the majority of entries would have no seedings or transplantings, just 1st, 2nd, 3rd cuts in the form of multiple harvests

We are in the process of porting this module to farmOS v3, and moving it to https://www.drupal.org/project/farm_crop_plan, along with any open issues that are still relevant.

I think the new approaches we will be taking in the new version will smooth over some of these pain points.
