Archive plans in bulk #26

This probably belongs in the farmOS issue queue itself, but will start it here.

Based on feedback from Cora at Wolfe's Neck:

The ability to select multiple crop plans and then archive would be helpful at the end of the season depending on if we get to the point where we are using many different crop plans.

They are currently experimenting with the crop plan module, and have their plantings broken up into 9 different plans.

We are in the process of porting this module to farmOS v3, and moving it to https://www.drupal.org/project/farm_crop_plan, along with any open issues that are still relevant.

I believe this is already possible in farmOS v2+, but if it's not we should open a PR in that repo instead.
