doxygen-filter to add to csv-file #2

Description

Parse a doxygen log file and add findings for e. g. undocumented functions to the .csv file.

Either add the pure count of findings per file to a region 'file' or 'global' entry or try to match the regions as in the csv-file with the location of findings in the doxygen output.
