[ ] Add GPU tests as part of CI Pipeline
[x] Document CMake options (benchmark and Testu01)
[x] Examples of use in other platforms like HIP and OpenSYCL. (this will also serve as a test that the build doesn't fail)

Re GPU tests, Github doesn't support GPU enabled Action runners yet

Re last point, OpenRAND + SYCL has been verified to work together: code sample taken from intel and modified, here: https://github.com/Shihab-Shahriar/sycl-openrand
