PageFooter 에 소설 계정을 연동한다. 추가적으로 SideMenuBar 의 title 을 수정한다.

[X] footer 의 gatsby starter haon 에 깃허브 링크를 연동한다.
[X] SideMenuBar 의 title 을 haon.theme 로 변경
