blog-config.js 파일을 따로 분리한다. 이 안에 사용자 설정 정보를 기입할 수 있도록 한다.

어떤 점에서 개선의 필요성을 느꼈나요? (In what ways did you feel the need for improvement?)

현재 gatsby-config.js 에 사용자 설정 정보를 기입하도록 만드니 초기 설정에 불편함이 느껴진다.
