사용자가 화면을 스크롤하는 방향에 따라 메뉴바가 등장하고/사라지도록 만든다.

작업 상세 내용 (Details)

[x] 화면을 아래로 스크롤시 메뉴바가 사라짐
[x] 반대로 올릴시 메뉴바가 등장
