Add a "data_changelog" table, and update "modifyRecord" action to write change details to it, so we have a log of any data changed in the system.

Also add a "delete" option to "modifyRecord"
Return "enum" data type in Data view definitions
/raw-data endpoint to get unmodified database data for data table records (Admin only)
