Bug: Sections showing as validated before users visits the section

In what situation? When there's no required questions in that section?

When loading an new application, the page without any compulsory field is showing as valid (green) and if all pages in a section are valid the section show as valid too. I think when the application loads it should be showing like that, until the user actually goes to that page. I think we already had this chat before an the conclusion was - if I remember correctly was to:

• We don't run the validation on sections after the current one - unless the user has been on then before.
• For example when loading all section show as neutral
• When users click on the last section any previous section can show as valid (but not invalid/strict check)
• After that if users go back to section 1 for example the next section already validated will keep showing as valid
• If the user refreshes the page, only sections before the current should run the validation
