orphan blank supplier requisitions created #5297

Describe the bug

MAM suffering from orphan blank supplier requisition that have been created automatically.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Get MAM data
  2. setup mobile with site Thazin Orchid Clinic (HTYA)
  3. There should be orphan blank supplier requisition

    Expected behaviour

There should not be such requisitions.

Tested with different version of mobile and desktop using MAM data of different date. It is recreated in some scenario, but seems to be fixed after latest mobile and desktop upgrade.
