MAM orphan CI created after update #5298

Describe the bug

After updating to v8.6.6, orphan CI 2816 created in the site Thazin Orchid Clinic (HTYA)

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Setup mobile with MAM site Thazin Orchid Clinic (HTYA)

Expected behaviour

There should not be any orphan records created.

Tested with MAM data of different date using different version of mobile and desktop. There is no such bugs. CI are already existed to the desktop which synced to mobile after update. If such CI are not created by user as mentioned by Khin then there could be existing bugs which should be fixed now.
