Allow Cold Chain to sync with a Store on the Central Server #210

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. At the moment the 'Store credentials' UI is disabled for Stores that have their sync site as the Central Server.

However some users may want to use Cold Chain with those Stores.

Describe the solution you'd like We should make it so that the user can set up those Stores to use Cold Chain using the UI.

I think this is a wild goose chase - seems that there's actually a preference that was stopping those fields from being enabled in the UI.
