This would help with #246
@Mai21 is going to trial recording historic battery readings in postgres so we can see if there is an improvement in accuracy in the dashboard at least

It would be quite useful to see history battery reading, this can help predict how much battery is remaining, since it's the derivative (the rate of battery voltage change) that indicate it's capacity (since voltage would vary based on temperature and battery batch)
