ColdChain sensor reading -39 degrees for two days

Describe the bug Sensor in Samoa. The temperature dropped to -39 degrees and stayed at that temperature for about 2 days, and then started monitoring again at a normal temperature.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour: Unfortunately, not sure how we reproduce. After chatting with Adam, we believe this is due to battery levels (that were reading at 60%) - Spikes on the image show when batteries were changed.

Reporting just in case.
