Audio Alarm when a breach is detected

@joshxg this is a big selling point. If it seems like low hanging fruit, it'd be really neat for 0.3.0. Otherwise 0.4.0 would be fine!

Staff in a warehouse may not be hovering the tablets, they may be down an isle or in an office. An audible alarm would be much harder to miss! Keep in mind some vaccines can cost hundreds of dollars per vial, so a fridge can easily have tens of thousands of dollars of stock in it. A prompt response by staff to ensure the stock is safe is super important!

Suggestion:

• When a breach has occurred: some beeping for 5 mins. Beep every 10 mins until breaches are acknowledged.
  • I interpret breaches as: "after duration in temperature threshold, this stock is stuffed". So don't need a constant reminder, I just need to know the stock is likely no good and needs to checked and/or disposed of, absolutely not dispensed.
• When current temperature is outside of breach thresholds: Beep constantly
  • I want to know from the first minute if the temperature is outside of the acceptable range- this would allow me to assess the issue and respond. I may need to move the stock ASAP from one fridge to another in the event of the fridge failure.

Although I don't have all the requirements, I estimate this to take about 5-10 days in total and will delay the release with the mSupply integration.
