Background Information

UNICEF Global have requested a tool to identify gaps in a country's cold storage infrastructure.

The pain points in this Epic are:

• There is no easy way to get an overview of the current state of CCE infrastructure in the country

Problems to solve:

• A way for central users to view aggregate metrics on the CCE data captured from facilities around the country
• A way for central users to apply filters to those metrics to narrow down the data they are interested in.

@andreievg @mark-prins @EthanMcQ-TMF If we want current stock volumes, we'll either need to export the OMS data to dashboard, bring all stock data into OMS Central, or create this table with data from two separate databases.

Thoughts about feasibility/best approach?

No easy options. I would prefer bringing all stock data into OMS central, though I have no easy way to suggest getting that done. Perhaps two separate databases would work? Not ideal though.
