Offline docs #164

Suggestion has been made to bundle the docs locally - the remote_server can host the built version.

Tasks

Fetch docs from the repo
Build docs
Bundle with the server
Host within the server
Update f/e to fetch docs locally

The gifs will need some optimisation - the complete docs are 115MB currently. the bulk of that is due to poorly optimised gifs, as the pdf is only 15MB
